Guide 1 of 6 · Getting started
Signing up
Creating an account takes a couple of minutes and requires no identity verification. Here's exactly what happens and how to keep the account safe.
The signup flow
- Go to the platform and click Sign Up. Use the official site address — double-check the URL before entering anything.
- Enter your email address. This becomes your login and your recovery method, so use an address you actually control.
- Confirm via the emailed link or code. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
- You're in. No documents, no selfies, no waiting period — your account is ready to fund immediately.
💡 Tip: your email is your lifeline. If you lose access to that inbox, recovering the account gets much harder. Use a primary email, not a throwaway.
Securing your account
- Use a unique password if the platform offers password login alongside email links. Don't reuse one from another site.
- Turn on every security option offered — two-factor authentication if available, and email confirmations for withdrawals.
- Bookmark the real site. Phishing copies of login pages are the most common way accounts get stolen. Never log in from a link in a DM or ad.
- Keep your device clean. Malware that reads your screen or clipboard defeats every other precaution.
What if I lose access?
Because signup is email-based, account recovery runs through your email provider. Recover the inbox first, then request a fresh login link. There's no support desk that can verify your identity with documents — another reason the email address matters so much.
⚠️ Heads up: no legitimate support agent will ever ask for your password, seed phrase, or private keys. Anyone who does is a scammer.
